components developed independently
- Third-party libraries, plugins, and open-source components remain subject to
their respective licenses
- Inovex reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place
10. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Commitments
For clients under active maintenance or hosting agreements, Inovex commits to the
following service levels:
- Uptime Guarantee: 99.5% uptime for hosted services, excluding
scheduled maintenance windows
- Response Time: Critical issues acknowledged within 2 hours
during business hours; non-critical within 24 hours
- Resolution Time: Best-effort resolution within 24 hours for
critical issues; 72 hours for standard requests
- Escalation: Clear escalation procedures with designated points
of contact for unresolved issues
- Scheduled Maintenance: Planned downtime communicated at least
48 hours in advance
